We dispatch a licensed, insured repair person to your home within 48 hours to figure out what's wrong. In the event of a furnace or heating system malfunction during the months of November through March inclusive, services will be initiated immediately
You pay a $50 consultation fee, upfront, as your contribution towards the cost of diagnostic assessment (similar to a deductible). We will pay all the diagnostic costs, over and above $50, regardless of whether or not the cause of the problem is ultimately something we will cover.
If it is covered, we'll then get to work and repair the system.
If the cost of any repair exceeds the cost of replacement then the system may be replaced rather than repaired. If you don't want to repair an older unit, you can take the cost of the repairs and apply it to a new system.
The maximum value of all Program Services provided by the Program is a total of $10,000 in any 12-month period.
Your complimentary six months includes full access - no waiting period, reduced features or limitations. Afterwards, you'll be charged $19.25 per month, plus applicable sales tax. But, rest assured you'll receive a reminder notification before the monthly charges start.
